GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS	ACCESSORIES
BIASI steel panel radiators are manufactured from 1.25mm cold rolled steel and every unit is individually tested to 1100 kilopascals for a working pressure of 850 kilopascals. They are supplied with four 15mm bsp connections to allow for either top/bottom or bottom/bottom opposite flow/return connections.	BIASI steel compact panel radiators are supplied with one piece concealed mounting brackets, air vent and plug (adjustable brackets are available in lieu if required).
QUALITY CONTROL	TEMPERATURE CONTROL
BIASI steel panel radiators are manufactured to comply with international quality control ISO, DIN and BS standards, at the fully automated factory complex of BIASI S.P.A. - Italy.	As each individual has their own temperature comfort level, BIASI panel radiators can control each room in your home at whatever temperature you choose. They can be adjusted by you, at any time, to suit your personal requirements.
CONVECTOR FINS	RADIATOR SELECTION
Convector fins are welded directly to the waterways to increase the effective heating surface of the BIASI compact panel radiators. This allows for the utilization of lower surface operating temperatures, reducing fuel costs.	BIASI steel compact radiators are manufactured in four heights, 350mm - 500mm - 610mm - 850mm and lengths, from 300mm - 3000mm. This wide range allows you to choose the right panel to compliment each room in your home.
ROUNDED CORNERS	COVER STRIPS
All corners and edges are rounded for safe installation in nursing homes, children's rooms, hostels and retirement centres.	Cover strips are standard on all radiators. They are securely attached by screws and can be readily removed for cleaning and are also available as a spare part item.
ULTIMATE FINISH	BREATH EASY
BIASI steel panel radiators are hot de-greased prior to phosphate coating, this is an important measure against corrosion. Primer coating is then applied in accordance with DIN 22900 and followed by oven drying at 190°C. The final process is a high `quality, super epoxy powder coat finish.	Air movement and/or recirculation of air is a major trigger factor for people who suffer from asthma and other breathing complications. Airborne particles and dust mite, projected by ducted systems, could well be effecting the health of your family. BIASI panel radiators provide uniform temperature and the lowest possible relative humidity.
GUARANTEED SECURITY	GUARANTEED OUTPUTS
The BIASI range of steel compact panel radiators are guaranteed for a period of five years against design or manufacturing defects.	The outputs of the BIASI range of steel compact panel radiators have been tested and approved to DIN 4704 and registered at the Din Institute in Berlin.
